Here at Dustybutts we pride ourselves on customer service and want our customers to be 100%
satisfied with their purchases.

We accept returns on items within 30 days from date of sale for a refund in the form of a store credit (valid for 3 months) or exchange (excluding sale items).

Store credits/ exchanges are for purchase price only and do not include postage charges.
When returning an item, the item/s need to be in AS NEW condition - unworn, unused, undamaged with all tags attached where applicable.

Unfortunately we can't take responsibility for goods that are lost in transit - so we recommend
returning goods with an Australia Post tracking number to ensure their safety. Return postage
expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure you enclose a self-addressed Australia Post Satchel so we may send you your
exchanged item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your store credit/ exchange will be processed, within 5 business days.
