This bit is well-suited for starting barrel horses or training horses with sensitive mouths that don’t require much bit pressure. It works especially well for horses that are more sensitive or tend to resist bar pressure, providing a soft feel while still allowing full control for rating and lifting the body through turns. We recommend using this bit with bit guards and curb chain/ strap.
